The reservation request options and timelines for requesting space have all been updated and changed. The overview document linked here, provides specific information on the changes as well information on each reservation option.

Request Timelines by Reservation Request Menu Selection

The following is a quick overview of the new timelines and reservation options. The spaces available under each option are linked to the option name.


Classroom Holds

The holds in the system for classrooms will not be removed each academic term until after the class schedule is loaded into the system. This typically happens within the first two weeks of the academic term. Requests for usage of spaces that are unavailable due to the holds cannot be requested until after they holds are removed.

The following specific spaces below cannot be requested in the system, and you must directly click on the building name below and email the contact that is linked to the space for usage.
